Shipping Policy

1. Kickstarter Campaign Fulfillment
TOOOONY™ is currently in the Kickstarter campaign phase. Physical devices will be shipped to backers after the campaign closes and production is complete. We are targeting delivery in Q4 2026. All backers will receive email updates throughout the production and shipping process.
2. Shipping Regions
We ship worldwide. Estimated shipping costs and timelines by region:

Shipping costs are estimates and may vary. Final shipping fees will be confirmed at the time of fulfillment survey.
3. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before backing.
4. Tracking
All orders will be shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your device arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement.
6. Address Changes
You will have the opportunity to update your shipping address via the Kickstarter backer survey before fulfillment begins. Once orders are dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.
